Website and analytics
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Hosting and security services process technical request information, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs and timestamps, to serve and protect the site. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. That analytics service describes its measurement as not using cookies or local storage to identify individuals; this does not mean hosting services or the separate checkout never use cookies.
Offer and campaign information
The website presents one current offer. Legacy offer links lead to the same price; no random price assignment or offer-selection session storage is used. Approved non-personal campaign labels may be carried in same-site and checkout links to preserve attribution. As part of optional advertising measurement, the offer label and price are sent to Meta only after consent, as described below. Checkout links carry non-personal offer and measurement-version labels together with the selected product option. We measure website and offer performance; checkout clicks are not purchases.
Purchases and payments
Payhip provides checkout and digital delivery. We can access order details made available by Payhip, such as the purchase email, order identifier, purchased product, amount and transaction status. We use these details for delivery, support, refunds, disputes and required records. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy notice. Available PayPal and card options depend on the checkout and buyer eligibility. We do not collect full card details through this landing page. Do not send card details by email.
Support communications
We process your email address, message and necessary order details to answer questions and resolve requests. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support messages to Google Gmail. Replies may come from our authenticated Gmail address identified as V Global Ventures Support, with [email protected] as the reply address. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes and legal bases
We process necessary order and support information to perform the purchase agreement or take steps you request before purchase, meet legal recordkeeping obligations and handle disputes. Necessary security processing may rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable safeguards. Optional marketing or tracking that requires consent will require a separate choice; purchase is not consent to unrelated advertising.
Service providers and international processing
Relevant providers include Cloudflare, Payhip, PayPal and Google. They and authorized personnel process information for hosting, payments, delivery and support. Their systems may process information outside your country, including outside Brazil. Applicable privacy and transfer requirements apply. Their own privacy notices describe their processing and available safeguards.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed for delivery, support, legal recordkeeping and legitimate disputes. Closed support records are reviewed for continued necessity. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified where appropriate. Legal duties or unresolved disputes may require longer retention; we do not promise a fixed deletion date that overrides those duties.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability or information about sharing; you may object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Legal retention duties and other lawful exceptions may apply. You may raise concerns with the competent privacy authority, including Brazil’s ANPD where applicable.
Advertising and updates
Optional Meta Pixel measurement loads only after you select Allow advertising measurement. It sends page-view, offer-view and checkout-click events, with the offer label, price and measurement-version label, plus technical information such as IP address, page address, browser/device information and Meta cookie identifiers to Meta for advertising measurement. We do not supply contact details or advanced matching data. Non-personal campaign labels in the page address may be forwarded to Payhip when you follow a purchase link. We do not send a purchase event when you click that link. You can reject or withdraw using Advertising privacy choices on the landing page. We store that choice locally for up to 180 days; unavailable storage may mean you are asked again. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps this measurement off. Withdrawal stops future measurement and clears this site’s accessible Meta cookies; it does not undo earlier processing or clear cookies controlled by other websites. Meta may process information internationally under its privacy policy. Purchase is not consent to this tracking. This notice is specific to our site and operations; external services have their own notices. Updates will be dated.
